Religious Education
During this half term the children will be learning to…. Reconciliation The children will be answering our Big Question: Is it easier to forgive or to say sorry? The children will be given opportunities to say if they think forgiving is easy or hard to do. They will listen to and retell one of Jesus’ stories about forgiveness and answer questions about the feelings of characters in the stories and their own feelings. The children will also be making simple links between the stories and Jesus’ teaching about forgiveness giving a reason for a link. We will focus on the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the children will need to explain in detail the order and importance. Vocabulary:
