A Welcome to Parents

The Catholic Primary Rosary School and the Friends of the Rosary is an active group of parents, teachers and friends of the school, looking to organise a host of activities and fun events throughout the school year for children and adults alike!

Our aim is to raise as much money as possible for desperately needed school funding, but also, we hope, closer links between home and school by providing opportunities for parents, staff, friends (and of course the children!) to come together socially.

All families become members of the Friends of the Rosary as soon as their child joins the school. As a member, it’s up to you how involved you would like to be.

We encourage everyone to participate and enjoy all the events on offer but if you have more time – whether it’s joining the committee or simply helping out at one or two events - we’d love to hear from you!

Class Representatives

We are looking for volunteers to take on the role of Class Representative throughout the school.  Class Reps help the Friends of the Rosary to communicate with parents in each class, providing a link between the parents and the committee. If you feel able to join us, please don`t hesitate. We are still looking for Class Representatives from Penguin Class, Koala Class, 3A and 4B.

Our Volunteers

The Friends of the Rosary relies on volunteers to be able to hold events across the school calendar.  Without the support of volunteers and those who help from time to time, we would be limited in our activities and fundraising.  We are very grateful to all those who offer their help, whether by baking cakes, helping to run a stall or providing professional support such as graphic design, printing, catering. We are always open for more volunteers so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have a little time to spare and would like to get involved! Your help will make a huge difference to the amount of funding we can raise for the school.
