Year 5 & 6 Tag Rugby

Congratulations to our Year 5 and 6 tag rugby team who took part in the cluster tag rugby competition yesterday at Heston.
Our team won all their matches and are now through to the Borough finals in February.
They were also congratulated on their sporting behaviour and positive attitudes that they all demonstrated throughout the competition.

Meet the players

‘Meet the Players' Day - Tuesday February 13Brentford FC Community Sports Trust's fith annual ‘Meet the Players Day’ is taking place at Uxbridge High School’s exclusive 3G indoor training centre. Join us from 12:45am until 6.45pm on Tuesday 13 February. The day is open to boys and girls in school years’ 1 to 7 (5-13 years old). 

Plan for the day

On the day, once your registration is complete, participants will take part in a training session with our FA qualified coaching staff in preparation for the afternoon’s matches. After the snack-lunch and a warm-up (approx. 3.30pm), the Brentford FC First Team players will arrive and participate/coach small-sided games with the young Bees’ fans. The day will conclude with the opportunity to meet all the players, get autographs and take photographs.
Booking details and participant criteria:

Our 'Meet The Players' Day is open to children in school years 1 to 7 only (5-13 years old). We cannot make exceptions to this rule. Meet the Players day costs £35 per-player plus booking fee. Places are limited and can only be booked online. 
*A first booking period is open between the 18 January and 6 February. A second booking period will be available between the 8 February to the 12 February.

Meet the Players Day - Itinerary:

12.45 to 13.15: Registration

13.15 to 14.45: Training Session

14.45 to 15.30: Mid-afternoon break (*snacks and refreshments)

15.30 to 16.00: Match Warm-Ups

16.00 to 16.55: BFC Player Coaching Sessions

17.00 to 18.30: Autograph/Photo Session

18.30 to 18.45: Departure

*Please note snacks and refreshments are NOT provided

*Booking information:

1st booking period: 18 January 2018 - 6 February 2018

2nd booking period: 8 February 2018 - 12 February 2018

*subject to change regarding ticket sales


Important information:
1. Places are limited.

2. There are no discounts.

3. There is no pay-on-the-day option.

4. You must bring your booking confirmation form with you. 

5. Tickets are non-transferable.

6. Tickets are limited to 1 per-person - siblings will need to be booked separately.

Refunds: There are no refunds for this event. Participants will be offered a credit note for future BFC CST Soccer Schools.
On the day -

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ AGE GROUPING: Participants will be grouped by school year - this allows for players that may be in the same year group but different ages to play together.


SHIN PADS: Due to health, safety and legal reasons any players without shin pads will NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY in the small sided games - please understand there can be no exceptions to this rule. KIT: Football kit or tracksuit. Please note that although it is an indoor venue, your child should have warm clothing.


FOOTWEAR: Astro trainers REFRESHMENTS: All participants should bring a packed lunch including any non-fizzy drinks. You should make us aware of any food allergies when booking in the medical section of the online application.


PARENTS: Parents are welcome to stay and watch from the upstairs viewing area. Please note that there are no on-site catering facilities. Parents are not allowed to join their children during the autograph/photo session. 


TRAVEL & PARKING: The venue is based in Uxbridge so allow yourself sufficient time to get to us and arrive for the registration process. Parking is available on-site but limited. Expect congestion during arrival and departure. Please ensure that you adhere to any instructions by our Security Stewards.

Our brand new Soccer Schools provide every participant fun football camps, available during all school holidays and Saturdays during term-time. It is a great opportunity to meet new friends, develop football skills and experience exciting challenges. Our soccer schools offer exceptional value for money and guarantee your child the opportunity to have fun while learning in a safe and secure environment. All of our coaching staff are FA qualified and have completed their Safeguarding Children, CRB and Emergency Aid certificates. Our Soccer Schools are open to participants of all abilities.
